Rao, Trained resource in Change Management by KPMG UK.
He has overall 19 year’s experience in Human resource field, out of which over 10 years in Human Capital Advisory space. He has associated himself in the past with organizations like Sonata software Limited, Srisoft technology, HCL Infosystems. He had a long term association with KPMG in their Human capital Division in the capacity of Associate Director , he was instrumental in setting up a service line called People CMM and related HR Advisory and provided Leadership at the national level and also early member, along with Partner in setting up Human Capital Advisory at KPMG and was responsible for the southern region.
Has worked extensively and advised many organizations in India and abroad in assessing their current state of maturity and helped achieve their capacity using various approaches, techniques and policy initiatives. Guided over 30 organizations.

He carries hands on experience in Project Management skills , program management and Client relationship management experience in managing small, medium and large scale assignments in the region India, Middle East and US. He had an opportunity to work for the industry sectors IT, ITES, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Power, Insurance and Pharma sectors.
