Dilip has in depth experience in managing operations and is familiar with accounts and company law related matters/issues. In the past, Dilip has successfully executed IT Services projects in GIS/CAD space for clients such as Vetco Gray Inc., Houston USA, Center Point Energy, Houston, USA. Kuka GMBH, Nuremberg, Germany, Au-Tech, Dusseldorf, Germany etc.
His core strength is attention to details, good planning backed by data driven approach and vast experience in dealing with operational problems/situations.
Dilip has worked in senior positions in HCL group and has worked as a Director for past 19 years in Hindustan Office Products Limited (later renamed as Adroitec Information Systems Pvt. Ltd.) before joining MB group In 2007. He is involved with MB Informatics right from the inception stage itself.
As a Chief operating Officer (C.O.O.0), Dilip is responsible for day to day functioning of MB Informatics, Financial Reporting and all statutory compliance matters.
Aravinda, is a PGCHRM, from XLRI and has acquired several professional qualifications in terms of Lead Assessor in People CMM, Authorized Instructor in People CMM by Software Engineering Institute, Pittsburgh Carnegie Mellon University, Level A and B certified by British Psychological Society, Certified to design and conduct Assessment/development Center by T.V. Rao, Trained resource in Change Management by KPMG UK.
He has overall 19 year’s experience in Human resource field, out of which over 10 years in Human Capital Advisory space. He has associated himself in the past with organizations like Sonata software Limited, Srisoft technology, HCL Infosystems. He had a long term association with KPMG in their Human capital Division in the capacity of Associate Director , he was instrumental in setting up a service line called People CMM and related HR Advisory and provided Leadership at the national level and also early member, along with Partner in setting up Human Capital Advisory at KPMG and was responsible for the southern region.
Has worked extensively and advised many organizations in India and abroad in assessing their current state of maturity and helped achieve their capacity using various approaches, techniques and policy initiatives. Guided over 30 organizations.

She has done assignments for clients in different sectors like Aviation, IT, Petrochemicals, Telecom, Textiles, FMCG, Auto, Real estate, Government sector, Oil & Gas etc.
As a part of the corporate HR team in Amway India she was handling Training & Development, Employee Communication, and Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition schemes of the company.
In MB Informatics she has worked on HR consulting assignments like Job Evaluation through Hay Method, Career Ladder, and Performance Management System for parent company and group companies of MB Holdings.
She has done a project on Job Analysis with a telecom company, Gurgaon and has worked on assignments like Competency Mapping and Performance Management.
As an HR Consultant in MB Informatics she executed several HR projects as per the client’s expectations. She Coordinated and assisted in execution of Assessment Centres. She has an experience in designing HR policies and development of job descriptions and categorization of jobs into job families and designing job ladders for career progressions and has executed company Wide Job Analysis and Job Evaluation using Hay Point Method.
She has done assignments for clients located in Middle East, Africa and India in different sectors which include Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Mining and Oil & Gas.
