Manoj Bhargava, Chief Operating Officer
Manoj is a Chartered Accountant with more than 23 years of multi-faceted experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Project Evaluation, MIS, Cash Management and Finalization of Accounts. He has been associated with the Group for over 15 years and contributed significantly to strategic & tactical planning, business development, risk management, quality control, organizational development, firm planning processes and other general management functions.
He worked extensively on setting up of Shared Service Centre (SSC) for the Group. He developed and implemented policies & procedures for the SSC. He successfully oversaw the migration of various activities under Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Legal and various other services. Introduced innovative ideas and is a key factor for the improved quality along with higher productivity under various processes being handled from MBI.
He is an individual with the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals in the current competitive environment.
Ajay Kr. Gupta, Practice Lead - F&A
Ajay Kr. Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of extensive experience in financial reporting (external & internal) & consolidation under IFRS & US GAAP, business planning, management discussion & analysis, SOX compliances, financial due diligence for mergers & acquisitions (M&A), business valuations and auditing. Deputed in Oman, Germany, Singapore & Turkey for various roles and worked in multicultural environment.
He has proven skills in managing, mentoring and developing large teams in sync with the corporate set parameters & motivating them to achive business and individual goals. He has implemented several lean ideas for process improvements and handled several projects in his career which includes stabilising large migrations from onshore by streamlining of processes and ensuring customer satisfaction and IFRS transition.
Prior to joining MBI, Ajay was associated with Bharti Airtel Ltd. and other reputed multinational business groups in different roles of finance functions.
Dheeraj Bhasin, Practice Lead - Business Process Consulting
Dheeraj Bhasin,XLRI Alumni and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt has 19+ years of immense experience in setting up Shared Service Centre, Solution Design, Transition/Project Management, Process Consulting, Process improvement and Transformation to optimize enterprise costs and performance. He has implemented various process improvement tools-DMS/workflow solutions, Dashboard, Expense management, Auto recons etc.
He has handled several projects (onsite & remote) across various countries and in multiple languages. He has worked for various organizations in the US, UK, Germany, Singapore, Dubai, Muscat and India for business process consulting/reengineering assignments. He was also involved in assessing consolidation/optimization opportunities for 4500+ FTEs. He has also transitioned various F&A, HR and Procurement processes (500+ FTEs) across US, Europe, India, and the Middle East for multiple industries. He has created P2P solution with ≈50-60% productivity gains (P ≈ 35% & AP≈ 25%) and vendor rationalisation project with 50% reduction in vendors- tail spending.
Before joining MBI, he has worked with Infosys, Satyam (now Tech Mahindra), Wipro, Agilent Technologies and General Electric (GE).
Mohd Tabrez Khan, Practice Lead - Human Resource
Astute HR Professional having 15+ years of experience with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation, people & process management and service delivery. Tabrez has worked with some of the best multinationals in Oil and Gas, I.T.E.S., Telecom, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
He has rich experience in leading the entire range of HR functions including compensation & benefits, HR operations, HR shared services, performance management, learning & development, recruitment, HRMS, compliance and payroll. He is certified from HAY (job analysis and evaluation), SSON-IQPC (Shared services) and GRP (C3, C4, C12 and C17) (compensation and benefits).
Tabrez has been involved in setting up of HR function from ground up for multiple organizations in the startup stage. He has streamlined and automated processes for one of India’s top IT MNC for 17000+ employees. He has designed and managed HR shared services for 20000+ employees.
Tabrez has worked with Wipro, Airtel, Bharti Realty, Punj Lloyd and Lava telecom before joining MBI.
Navin Agarwal, Practice Lead - Payroll Management Services
He has 20 years of broad experience in multitier industries such as Oil & Gas, IT Services and EPC in managing Hire to Retire Life cycle data for 5000+employees, Implementation of Increment in ERP, Employees’ Data Analysis, Payroll Processing, Online Payroll Transfer, Retirement Benefits, Leave Management, HR Governance & Control and Labour Compliances.
He has a vast experience in setting up HR Shared Services (HRSS), HR Operation, MIS, Employment Cost analysis and conduct HR and Payroll Audit. He is a specialist in transition of international payroll, process mapping with SLAs, preparation of cross functional workflows, SOPs and has strong analytical & presentation skills.
He has been involved in SAP/Oracle HR & Payroll implementation, setting up of adequate internal controls and process improvement. He has worked with Siemens and Bechtel before joining MBI.
Saurabh Birdi, Legal Counsel
Saurabh possesses 15 years of post-qualification experience pertaining to diversified sectors and practice areas including Telecommunications, IT & Data-Enabled Services, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment and Business Process Outsourcing. He is a seasoned transaction lawyer with extensive experience in independently handling and concluding high-value intricate transactions from both service provider and service seeker perspectives.
Saurabh specializes in meeting end to end contracting requirements apart from providing support on General Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Corporate Financing, Infrastructure Projects, Outsourcing Call Centre Support and Celebrity Image Rights. He has successfully drafted, negotiated and finalized various contracts formats including Master Service Agreements, Shareholders Agreement, Share-Purchase Agreements, Passive Infrastructure Agreements, Transition Services Agreements, Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Agreements, Network & Bandwidth Agreements, Assignment Agreements, amongst others.
In respect of the acquisition of commercial real estate, he has been extensively involved in conducting legal due diligence, drafting, vetting, negotiating and concluding multifaceted and complex deal documentation.
Prior to joining MB Informatics, Saurabh has worked with several reputed organizations, namely, STT Global Data Centres, Tata Communications, Samsung, Tata Teleservices, Telenor, Times Internet, and Indiabulls Securities.
